Credit Card billing shows as Digital Design LLC.We also accept valid personal checks and money orders. Arizona Model Aircrafters (Digital Design LLC) is a custom kit manufacturer, and as such, we produce our kits and accessories to order for our customers. It is our policy to bill against your credit card at the time we begin production of your order. Typically delivery is six to eight weeks from the date of order processing, however at times it can be longer. Always remember to include your area code and phone number with all orders!
We will cash your check and obtain bank clearance prior to shipping your order. Unfortunately, this has become necessary since we have received a few bad checks. We apologize for this inconvenience but you can understand why this has become necessary.

Return Refund Policy.
All of our products are designed and produced to very high standards. If you have a problem, please call (602) 971-5646 for assistance or possible replacement or refund. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; we also understand that returns/replacements/refunds do happen. We stand by our products. We can not, however, consider any product for return/replacement or refund unless you call us, describe the problem and receive a return authorization. Returned items will require a re-stocking fee of 20% of the kit purchase price Opened packages may be higher.
No returns/refunds after 30 days. Plans sets, printed fabric covering and custom cut parts are not returnable.
Shipping
Most products kits are sent via priority mail. We can offer FedEx at your request for an additional fee. For foreign shipments we recommend Airmail priority or FedEx. |
